The bathroom facilities and water pressure were good. The breakfast had a variety of Vietnamese and western choices. The reception staff were great. The location was a short walk to the night markets.
Felt so much at home, no complaints at all.

Got outstanding, amazing room with balcony, 3-4-5 level plus superb sunset view. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The services were excellent, including excellent breakfasts and free parking if needed;))

I had a wonderful stay at Ngoc Chau Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit. The room was spacious and tidy, with superb views of the sea and sunset from the balcony. Despite a minor issue with the fridge and some noise from a nearby pub, the hotel made arrangements to rectify the situation. I highly recommend Ngoc Chau Hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the room with great views and a balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided clean towels. The location in the center of Phu Quoc-Duong Dong town was perfect, just a short walk away from the night market. The breakfast had a good variety of European and local food, and there was always plenty to eat.
My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that could be improved.

Finally, the hotel's location at the center of Phu Quoc-Duong Dong town was perfect, as it allowed for easy access to the night market and other attractions. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
All was fine with this hotel, no improvements necessary.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location very near the night market, ocean and some great restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and clean, while the bathroom is functional with good water pressure. the staff are helpful, providing maps and local information, while breakfast had a good range of options. There is a nice view from some rooms of the surrounding area. the hotel has overall good facilities, such as a restaurant next door.
Only one minor negative point was that the towels provided in the bathroom were reportedly quite rough.

We had a lovely stay close to the town in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel location was not far from the night market and a few good restaurants were easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was varied and suitable for many Asian people. We enjoyed the rooftop view in the cafeteria. Additionally, we appreciated the hotels proximity to everything including the sea and beautiful beaches.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Ngoc Chau Hotel, so posh! Such a great location, and the bilingual staff at the front desk were sooo helpful. Loved the on-site restaurant too. A truly elegant experience.
Oh, and let's not forget the perfectly dirty room. What a delight!

I always stay at this hotel because the staff is amazing. They once helped me find my lost wallet. The hotel has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, parking, and a restaurant. I'm coming back this weekend.

My partner and I stayed for a romantic escape and we loved the stunning sea view from our room. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the night market.
We found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. We had trouble sleeping at night due to the noise from the street front rooms.
